Leasing

Up to 10 businesses can reside in newly refurbished, variably sized executive offices at the Henderson Business Resource Center. These offices are designed to meet tenants' immediate needs and still provide ample space for growth. Tenancy requires only six-month leases, which are renewable for up to two years.
